General Motors | GMC continues its quest for the backcountry with its Canyon AT4X AEV

General Motors (GM) truck brand GMC introduced a new version of its midsize pickup last week aimed at an audience that frequents steep trails.

The Canyon AT4X AEV receives many improvements to optimize its off-road performance, without however dwelling on its mechanics. Supported by chunky 35” diameter boots, it features an increased ground clearance of 38mm as well as widened tracks, for stability. Protective plates have also been added in strategic places. The new bumpers also make it easier to negotiate obstacles.

Finally, note that the multimedia system of the Canyon 2024 will be entitled to docking with the Ultifi platform allowing continuous updates in the cloud.
