A wind of democratization is blowing across the Acura range with the arrival of an all-new subcompact SUV called ADX. Promised around $45,000 by Honda's luxury division, it receives help from the Integra to improve its dynamism.
Based on the latter's platform, the SUV is also given the compact's mechanics, namely a 1.5 L turbocharged four-cylinder engine whose power should be around 200 hp. A “sport-tuned” CVT will be responsible for guidance and will send the torque to standard all-wheel drive.
Moreover, note its footprint which will be slightly larger than that of the Honda HR-V (+150 mm) despite an identical wheelbase. The volume of the trunks of the two models is nevertheless equal, at 690 L. The Canadian marketing of the ADX is planned for the beginning of 2025.
