It was an opportunity to discover this new vintage of Ford’s legendary convertible and sports coupe, which brings its share of novelties. However, the exact Canadian pricing scale for the full line was not available at this time. The manufacturer has remedied this by putting the price configurator online, very recently.
A price increase to be expected for the EcoBoost and the GT
As is often the case with the arrival of a new generation, the price range is revised upwards, compared to the outgoing model. As you will see in the table below, the price difference will vary between $3,165 and $6,420, depending on the model and version selected. As for the Dark Horsethis is an all-new version for 2024, so there is no direct comparable for the 2023 model year.

Of course, this price increase comes with a certain value, since the model gets a rejuvenated design as well as new on-board technologies and a completely revised interior. The latter also includes a new 12.3-inch touchscreen supported by Ford’s latest SYNC system.
The Dark Horse becomes the most expensive version
With its 5.0-liter V8 engine that develops 500 horsepower, the Dark Horse becomes the most powerful production Ford Mustang for 2024. However, all that power will come at a price. Indeed, compared to a GT Premium coupe, the Dark Horse is priced $20,450 higher, putting it at $77,045, while the Dark Horse Premium sits at the top of the scale at a price of $81,560.
Despite a relatively complete equipment for the latter, it is possible to unroll the catalog of options and add a few. By doing this, it is possible to bump the $90,000 mark to the 2024 Mustang Dark Horse Premium.
The first 2024 Ford Mustangs are expected to arrive in Canadian dealerships in the coming weeks. The production of these will take place at the factory in Flat Rock, Michigan.
