Hyundai puts the brakes on rumors about the N Vision 74 electric styling study

Hyundai quickly extinguished the rumors launched by the South Korean newspaper Money Today wanting that he would have given the go-ahead for the marketing of his elegant N Vision 74 electric style study.

The manufacturer has told several media that it currently has no plans to market such a vehicle.

The N Vision 74, presented in July 2022, was created to pay homage to this model which was never marketed in North America. Intriguingly, this Pony served as the inspiration for the DeLorean DMC-12.

4.9m long and with a wheelbase of 2.9m, the N Vision 74 is slightly larger than a Hyundai Ioniq 6 sedan, despite its two doors. It has two electric motors at the rear for better control of torque distribution. Together they produce 671 hp (500 kW). The energy supply can be done either by means of a fuel cell or a 62.4 kWh battery. It should be noted that hydrogen is struggling to break through in North America due to the scarcity of recharging stations.
