It’s the end for the C-HR

It is without fanfare that Toyota told several media that the 2022 model year of the C-HR will be the last marketed in North America.

The subcompact crossover lived on borrowed time since the arrival of the Corolla Cross, which fits into the same segment by offering significantly more versatility and optional all-wheel drive.

The C-HR will have only passed during its five years of life on the Canadian market. Uncompetitive, it has never really made the weight against a competition better equipped in terms of engines and habitability. A compromised product, therefore, but which nevertheless had the merit of standing out aesthetically.
