The XT4 is inspired by the Lyriq for 2024

A contender in the middle of the pack among compact SUVs, the Cadillac XT4 now wants to play the technology card to stand out from its rivals. To do this, he will draw, for the 2024 model year, from the Lyriq electric crossover’s deck of cards.

Behind a redesigned face whose cascading diodes inevitably recall those of the CT4 sedan, the XT4 receives the contribution of a redesigned cabin. It’s the large 33-inch screen with 9K resolution, also seen in the Escalade, that draws attention here. It hosts both the driving data, but also the infotainment system. An approach that will allow the model to really stand out from its platform cousins from other General Motors (GM) brands. The system also employs wireless docking to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, in addition to 5G connectivity and built-in Google apps.
